Alex has a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation and previously worked as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) with the Armed Forces. She is also a certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist (Pink Ribbon) and APPI Matwork Pilates Instructor. Alex has recently completed her Oncology Massage training with Susan Findley, She runs cancer rehabilitation classes in Wiltshire. Alex is passionate about empowering women to rebuild strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
