Having over 7 years experience as a massage therapist I am very passionate about tailoring massage treatment to your own needs. Everyone has their own story and that can change day to day so I work with a flexible approach to make sure it is what you need physically and mentally. My therapy room is a relaxing haven for you to enjoy some you time when you need it most. Focussing on your priorities, whether it is pain relief or relaxation we work together to ensure it is what you need. I am also qualified in remedial sports massage, pregnancy and post natal massage, hot stone massage and indian head massage. These are very useful to ensure that your treatment is tailored to you. In my spare time I love keeping active and spending time with my daughter and dogs.
