Nicky is an experienced Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist treating ALL the bodies’ soft tissues – our muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (the connective tissues that bind us together!). She assesses and treats everyone individually – a hands-on massage treatment and is always bespoke and gentle to offer comfort, relaxation, reduce tension, pain and anxiety and to improve function and mobility. It is adapted to suit your needs, the stage of your illness and your treatment. Nicky is also qualified in Advanced Myofascial Release techniques.
